Question by collegegrrl: My boyfriend wants to occasionally have webcam sex with other girls...?

My boyfriend (24, I'm 22) told me that he feels his biological clock ticking and he keeps thinking about having sex with different girls. This is his first serious monogamous relationship as his others have all been open (either because the girl was poly or it was long distant) so when he got this feeling in previous relationships he would have a one night stand and the feeling would go away. He tells me it's some subconscious thing and whenever he thinks about another girl, it makes him feel insanely guilty because he does not want to cheat on me or hurt me in any way but he still has this urge to have sex with them anyway.

I compromised with him and now when I'm not around or he has this urge, he can go and have webcam sex with other girls off of chatroulette or whatever.

It still makes me feel a little bit uncomfortable but I know he A. Won't have any emotional attachment to these girls and B. It's not actual sex so there are no disease issues so I guess I do not have any logical reason to be opposed to this compromise except that it makes me jealous.

Would you consider this cheating? Is this a fair compromise?
