My boyfriend cries all the time it is getting annoying he cries after we have sex?

My boyfriend cries all the time it is getting annoying. He cries after we have a disagreement about where to have lunch or when he see stray a cat or dog outside. He cries all the time he cries after we have sex. I am getting annoyed I don’t know why he cries all the time. I don’t know what to do? He says to me you won't tell the guys all the time.
