If a man gets a sex change and becomes a woman, can he have babies?

If a woman gets a sex change and becomes a man, can she get another woman pregnant?

No. Real semen-producing testicles are not installed in a former woman. Ovaries don't get installed in a former man. Anyway, reproductive system is not complete in either case. They can probably have babies according to their original gender, but then it depends how screwed up the original system is by the surgery or other factors.
